Thrilled to have survived Easter dinners and candy this weekend and still stay under 130. I havent been in the 120's in about 6 years so this milestone feels pretty great.

April 22: 196.8 5 pounds in one week! Obviously continued to fill my void during sisterās death & funeral planning with food. Easter was just another food distraction. Thanks for all the hugs & condolences. Iām back on track starting today!

Feeling great! I am focusing on eating a bit more (closer to maintenance calories) so I have the energy source to start the C25K program and I am looking into strength training in the near future.5 -

Would love to get to 146 this month and get my 10 day average (another challenge I do) in the 140's. Have been in the low 150's for weeks now and can't seem to get out of them. Hopefully April is better than March! My weigh in days will be Wednesday.
