I'm in for my round 4, although will be traveling for work for the first 3 days. So no scale and eating out every meal. Luckily (from a diet perspective), mostly in a cafeteria where the food is so-so, but still I'll have to eyeball quantities and guestimate what I am eating. It's only 3 days.

Goal: Last round was sad. I was eating what I would expect to be maitenence (since Easter and other events) with making sensible choices while eating out, and upping my exercise, to gain a whopping 2kg (I think. Didn't weigh the last two days). If this wasn't bloat from alcohol I will be very disappointed.

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES OR SHORTCUTS to achieving permanent change.
REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

Ready for my round 12
Was on holiday for the last 2 rounds. In the past this would have meant a gain of 3kg or so. I didn't really try to lose (just did not want to gain) but managed to lose 1.9 kg over the 2 rounds.

04/23 73.6 kg a good start to the round and to going back to work. Started running again yesterday and did some pushups this morning.

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – but I am finding it difficult!
Round 72 I saw my lowest weight since September last year, shame I just nudged up again on the last day . Never mind, this is a new day and a new challenge, so lets rock it !! Over all I'm heading in the right direction, just need to keep going.
Jemtred – I'm going to use your goal to weigh less at the end of the round than the start, if you don't mind!

Goal for round 75 - regroup! Had a high gain at the end of round 74, no set goal just trying to reset after travel and illness and way too much stress eating.
4/23 145.3. Still have a nasty cough so not able to exercise yesterday. Did better with my food choices, although I did dip in to my daughter’s Easter basket. Happy to see a drop and hope it continues. Can’t wait until I can get moving again.

04/23: 172.1 lbs (-1.2 lbs)/ I was definitely holding onto some water weight from the Easter lunch on Sunday. I was good all day Monday and well within my calorie limit and I drank plenty of water (probably too much due to the multiple potty breaks each hour at work). Still need to try and squeeze some exercise in but it's very hard working full time and attending the university after work, I just need to make time.
