Feeling low about my mummy tum!

Desperately need some motivation to loose some weight I’m at my biggest yet and I feel so low and not sure where to start any advice would be appreciated!

Things that have worked for me include working on small habits, and making small improvements to my choices every day. Here's a great article on that:

Getting support is also super helpful. Here's a link to a great group here on MFP that has a weekly team weigh-in (you weigh in on your day of choice, and it is tallied for a weekly team result), daily check-ins (how are you doing on your plan for the day), and lots of supportive conversation. (I am in this group, and love it.)

Thank you for your advice! Ya no when you just get so fed up and you don’t know where to start, I’m literally at that point but advice and support goes a long way so thank you for that 🙌🏻

As others have said, there’s a vast resource available to you here. Keep your head up, figure out your Macronutrient needs and log your food and activity! It will help you stay dedicated to see it in writing and it will help you see your strengths and flaws too. This is a good thing given you have progress in mind. Now get out there and make your comeback! Let me know if I can be of any further help as well.
