I bought usn ultra lean meal replacement shake. Can u drink this even on rest days?

You could drink it any day. What will matter is your overall calorie intake and expenditure for determining your weight change. The only issue with meal replacement drinks is that people can come to rely on them and when they stop using them when they reach their goal weight, they start regaining because they don't have a good idea on what to eat.8

Shakes are just food. You can drink them anytime you want a shake. They don’t do anything special.2

I use the app on my phone, so the avatars are so small. I'm often surprised when I click to make them bigger that people don't look like what I was expecting. I thought Carlos was a rock dude with a pointy beard, like someone from System of a Down or such!!
