hey , i am new to the process of being in challenge. i like this challenge in particular, i was just wondering how i can sign in? and when the record the number of calories i burned into my I-phone, would it record it into the challenge automaticaly?0

Sorry but it won't be recorded automatically. You can come back to the forum (under your recent posts) and copy and paste your calories each day to the forum until you have a total at the end of the week. Hope that helps to explain it and welcome!0

Thursday: P90x Kenpo 58 minunte (630 burnt) & Jogging for 30 mins )281 burnt)= total 991
Friday: Turbo jam cardio party 30mins (450 burnt) & P90X cardio X for 45 mins (440 burnt)= total 890
Weekly total: 4111 BOOYAA!!
CHALLENGE COMPLETED!!! Now I’m going to enjoy my weekend thank you!!!
