please help.. pain

i just did some joggin on the spot for 18 mins.
i had a really bad headache during. and still do now.
it feels absoloutly terrible like im being stabbed repeatedly in the head.
but i dont feel sore or tired like ive worked out too hard, i feel like if it werent for the headache i could keep going.
why do you think this is?

i took 2 panadols. they havnt kicked in yet.

    I'm not a health professional, but you might want take a look at your water intake. You could be severely dehydrated. If the problem perstsists you should see a doc.

    I get bad headaches from workouts when my blood sugar drops too low... Xo

    Could be your muscles (back/neck) maybe?
  • Make sure you are well-hydrated. I'll get wicked headaches when I don't drink enough water.

    How much water do you drink (no, not during, regularly.) I find that when I'm not keeping up, I get headaches.

    most of the time im drinking water like its going out of fashion. probably a little less today though.
    had two panadols and had something to eat now im feeling fine. wish i knew if it was the panadol or the eating though.
    i think my blood sugar level could have been low though because i was craving somthing sweet.
