04/23- I pushed myself way to hard. Lots of water. Eating healthy.
04/24- Not my regular routine this week my grandson is not feeling well, but tried my best to get exercise in.
04/25-today it was a 20,041 step day, once a week I can do it averaging 15,000 -16,000 which is really good for me. Drinking lots of water and eating healthy!

04/23- 165.8 Although it’s a slight uptick from the past 2 days, I am happy with this. It’s my TOM, so I’ll be happy to hang around this weight for a few days. I’m watching my sodium.

04/24- 165.8 I’m good with that. I worked out hard at the gym today, so we’ll see what tomorrow brings. I hate it, but I’m eating some pizza tonight.

04/23 - 206.8 (4853 steps) I had a case of Mondayitis all day yesterday. Ugh! Work was nuts. I missed being able to attend beginner's yoga at OSU East Hospital and had plans for dinner w/ family so I could go to the gym instead. By the time I got home, I was whooped and completely skipped going for a walk and/or riding the bike in my living room. Luckily the Easter candy is almost gone!

04/24 - 205.1 (7027 steps) Tuesday night I had dinner with family after a long day at work. I went home and rode my bike in the living room for 20 minutes. Food choices weren't the greatest.

04/25 - 206.4 (4737 steps) Wednesday I said I was going to skip family dinner and either go for a walk after work or go to the gym if it was raining. I didn't do either. I did ride my bike in the living room for 16 minutes. I had planned to do more but was asleep in the recliner by 8:30 so I just went upstairs to bed at 9pm. Food choices after work were dreadful.

Ready for my round 12
Was on holiday for the last 2 rounds. In the past this would have meant a gain of 3kg or so. I didn't really try to lose (just did not want to gain) but managed to lose 1.9 kg over the 2 rounds.

04/23 73.6 kg a good start to the round and to going back to work. Started running again yesterday and did some pushups this morning.
04/24 74.5kg for no reason so I'm not worried as I always do this after a loss. Ran and tried some planks with the sunrise.
04/25 74.5kg and pushups done for the day
04/26 74.3kg 2k run and plank challenge day 5 which I will have to repeat tomorrow as it was a struggle!

04/24 185.7 lbs did pretty well tracking water intake yesterday but my long walk was boycotted by my toddler. Goal for today: not as much snacking as yesterday!

4/23--211.4 So much bloating and feeling heavy from snacking the night before. Getting water in today. Worked out with trainer today.
4/24--210.0 There goes some of the bloat. Running tonight.
4/25--210.7 Ran 2 miles yesterday and worked out with trainer tonight. I've noticed that I'm more bloated/heavy the last few days and when I look back at my diet I see that I've been eating some of the foods that I'm sensitive to...it's just a little here and a little there, but I think it's adding up. So today I got back to my regular eating...I even went out for lunch and ordered a salad that fits into my food sensitivity issues.

Achieved goal weigh of 125lb in summer 2016 by losing 66lb and have gradually gained between 7 and 11 since then; I don't want to gain any more, but would like to get back to my goal weight – but I am finding it difficult!

Round 72 I saw my lowest weight since September last year, shame I just nudged up again on the last day

. Never mind, this is a new day and a new challenge, so lets rock it !! Over all I'm heading in the right direction, just need to keep going.
Jemtred – I'm going to use your goal to weigh less at the end of the round than the start, if you don't mind!

04/23 132.8 - walked 7 miles before we travelled back from the Peak District in the afternoon.
04/24 131.4 – yay my lowest weight since early September, lets hope it sticks!! walked 9 ½ miles yesterday, hoping to hit my first 1000 miles walked this year by the end of today

04/25 132 – an hours yoga class plus 10.88 miles walked yesterday which means I hit my first 1000 miles of the year.

04/26 133.6 – Oh man!! Went over the top yesterday on calories, carbs & fats

. Babysat my baby grandson, met up with daughter-in-law and baby granddaughter for lunch & had an enormous piece of carrot cake; why oh why did I not take half home for my husband? It's the old thing for me, if it's put in front of me I can't say no !!! And weather stopped us getting out for a walk. Must have a textbook day today !!!

04/25 - “Tabata Strength” with Shaun T is scheduled for tonight. Blood test showed that my hypothyroid is back. I expected something like that as I felt so tired last months and my weight crept up. Tomorrow is a weighing day – a moment of truth. Most probably a bitter one

04/23: 136.8 / 14,448 / Not as bad as I thought it would be. It’s actually exactly what it was 3/28, the last time I weighed. Oh, and I had spaghetti last night, so this might be a little higher than true weight.

04/24: 134.6 / -2.2 / 15,277 / I’m guessing yesterday was artificially high, because I’m fairly certain I didn’t lose 2.2 pounds over night. I did good yesterday, but not that good.

04/25: 134.6 / 0.0 / 15,545 / I even had pizza for dinner. Yum!

04/26: 135.6 / +1.0 / 12,277 / TOM being a hit sucks.

04/27: Out of town no scale
