Chicken fajitas
Small sweet peppers, fresh avocado, homemade Salsa and just a tiny bit of low-fat sour cream!

Short rib beef steak, local farm made apple wood smoked Greek sausage, with home made Cognac peppercorn cream sauce and grilled asparagus, zucchini, red onion, mushrooms, roasted yellow pepper and cherry tomatoes. 😋👌
Dry rubbed for 2 hrs before grilling
Burning off the alcohol from the Cognac then reducing to concentrate flavors before adding rest of ingredients for the peppercorn cream sauce

After the alcohol was burned off the Cognac, beef broth, steak drippings, whole and crushed peppercorns, pink salt, and heavy cream were added then sauce was reduced further to combine and deepen the flavors.

Avgolemono followed by Dutch herring salad but made with Spanish lomo de bonito which is similar in saltiness and texture to brined herring.

Vegetarian 🌱, boiled rice with sweetcorn, quorn mince with carrots and sweet and sour. Just started of, potion size is my downfall, this app seems to help.0

So in love with this red fife sourdough with beets, cherries, blueberries, golden berries and goji berries!

Lobster with fresh green beans and edemame, celery root mash, and baked Brussels sprouts. Lots of garlic and shallots. For dessert there was plain Greek yogurt with raw honey and mangos, kiwi, blue berries, and strawberries.

Spot prawns in creamy rosé sauce (mushrooms, sweet onion, sweet basil marinara sauce, heavy cream, herbs and spices) tossed with soy noodles, with roasted yellow and red peppers, covered with Tex Mex 4 cheese mix then baked. Keto 😋

Nom nom nom 😋 Tuna Toro, Sockeye Salmon Sashimi and my custom nori cones with Tuna, Sockeye, Chopped Scallop, Masago, Japanese mayo, avocado and no rice. First meal I ate at a restaurant in a long time. Nice chef made my cones custom for me. All protein with some healthy fat ❣️👌
