Meatball pulled out of the freezer and warmed up in the microwave, greek mash with yoghurt, olive oil and lemon, sauteed spinach with garlic, cherry tomatoes roasted plain (no oil or seasonings, just pricked with a fork to prevent explosions) in the air fryer.

A few hours of batch cooking freezer meals is my standard gift for new parents. Dad and I made dutch split pea soup, nam prik ong and chinese chicken curry for the freezer which I forgot to photograph. Mom made apple crumble and custard for tonight's dinner where we also sampled the fruits of our afternoon labours.

Air fryer salt and pepper chicken using this technique to get a result that is every bit as crisp as deep fried.

Courgette done on the griddle pan. Cherry tomatoes pricked with a fork and thrown plain into the air fryer for 12 minutes. Sticky rice.

Man, you guys eat like kings. I mostly make my meals pretty basic. Like raw veggies and some hummus with some slow cooked chicken breast in whatever sauce Im in the mood in for (like m exican mole, marinara, or standard chicken soup).

    I gotta take some notes!

Naturally! It's the "so no one steals your lunch" style sandwich baggies....but I'm not opposed to extra protein.....
