I've just made my own strawberry and raspberry smoothie using my smoothie maker, it turned out reallly nice so I thought i would post the recipie for all you smoothie lovers out there!!!

I used -

150g of Onken Wholegrain Strawberry Biopot Youghurt. (166 cals)
15 Raspberries (15 cals)
7 (80g) small Strawberries (20 cals)

I mixed them up in the smoothie maker for around 30 seconds, I then used the 'smooth' button on the mixer for about 15 seconds to smooth out any lumps, then poured into a glass.

It was GORGEOUS! It wasn't too sour, it had a little sweet taste to it, but it was lovely! And only 201 calories!

And the best bit about it.... IT FILLED ME UP!  sooo im super happpy!

I know what ill be having for lunch more often when im at home!

Enjoy x

Yay! I discovered my love for smoothies a few months ago and now I have em for breakfast or lunch every day! If you're feeling brave, you can sneak some spinach in there ;) I can never taste it.
