All of your lunches look so good!
The other day I had a leftover turkey burger on a bed of lettuce with cherry tomatoes and mango salsa. It was amazing!

    A “protein salad”.

I go to a salad bar and take only the items high in protein: diced ham, diced turkey, diced egg, diced bacon, and shrimp if they have it.

    No veggies, no dressing.

Looks good! Did you make the dressing yourself? If so would you mind sharing your recipe?

It's actually super easy. I do 3 parts salsa, 1 part sour cream, and lime juice to taste. That's it. I use full fat sour cream, but I think reduced fat would work fine as well.
