Suggestions on what I should include in meal planning when losing weight. I know protiens.. veggies.. fruits. But what about healthy fats? I am lactose so milk products dont fit well with me at times. Thanks in advance!

IMO, fats at 0.35-0.45g minimum per pound of healthy goal weight, as much as practical from mono- or poly-unsaturated sources. Examples: Nuts, olive oil, avocados, seeds, . . .2
