    April start wt: 141.8
April Goal wt: 138 (1lb/week) 141? Basically just not gaining weight

    April 1: 141.8
    April 8: 141.7
    April 15: 140.5
April 22:142.4 (had got down to 139 then shot up when I had a horrible sinus infection and was trapped in bed all week. New goal: don't gain for April)
    April 30: 141.4

Well I made it back to start weight after shooting up while sick, even though this is shark week. Here's to a better May!

Starting weight: 217 Overall Goal weight 164
    April start wt:193.5
    April Goal wt:183.5

    April 1: 193.5
April 8: 192.5 (Tracking calories made my cheat day for GF's birthday less bad than it would have been had I not done it. And I guess that's really the best thing that MFP has done for me so far, is I really consider the weight of my choices over time)
April 15:188 (Great week of choices that paid off!)
April 22 (Missed weigh in so April 23): 183.9 Easter family meal was kept to one big plate, but managed quite a loss.
    April 29: 180.5
April 30: 179.6 Made weight loss goals and then some. April was my second ever 100 mile month as well! So my weight loss makes a lot of sense.

    TOTAL April Loss 13.9 pounds!

My name is Donna. I am 58 years young, 5’ 5” tall and from the Midwest.

I will be weighing on the first and last day of the month for a full monthly account.

    April start wt: 189.6
    April Goal wt: 183.6

    March 31 189.6 STARTING WEIGHT
    April 01: 189.4
    April 08: 190.0
April 15: 191.8 My sister passed away this past week & I have certainly eaten my emotions. Such a busy time planning from a different state than she lived and it’s grab & go for sure. I need a minute, but will get back on track asap.
April 22: 196.8 5 pounds in one week! Obviously continued to fill my void during sister’s death & funeral planning with food. Easter was just another food distraction. Thanks for all the hugs & condolences. I’m back on track starting today!
April 29: 197.0 The battle of the bulge continues. May will be better.
    April 30: 196.8 A slight drop.

Total Lost in April: None Gain 7.2 pounds in a month filled with holiday treats & grief. Lots of emotional eating.

Final challenge Notes: I’ve got to get it together in May. You all continue to inspire me.

    April 1: 185.6
    April 8: 184.4

This is what happens when you renovate your kitchen and meal prep for two weeks. Not four weeks because they go two weeks over projection. Have to make it up then some next month.

    I'm in for April's challenge
    April start wt: 141
April Goal wt: 139 a bit more realistic this time.

    April 1: 141 after mother's day in England I'm not surprised 🤣
April 8: 140 off for two weeks holidays, it's going to be hard 😱
April 15: 140 no change but at least I didn't gain anything after the first week of holidays 🙃
April 22: 141.5 after two weeks it had to happen and I tried so hard! 😟
    April 29: 139!!! Goal achieved 🙏😊
