How can I tell if I am getting fat or constipated??

??? I usually weigh 115-116 pounds (52-53kg) and I am 160cm (5”3)

... I poop a teeny weeny bit everyday (sometimes nothing in the morning or just once per day) and has to rely on laxatives cuz if I don’t everything will be stuffed and I will BLOAT!
However I am afraid that, with this, I will not be able to tell if I am actually GETTING FAT or not!

Help! I am soooo sad right now

    You probably aren't eating enough fibre (fruit/veg/oats/etc). Add a probiotic to your diet. Drink loads of water. Worked for me.
