How can I tell if I am getting fat or constipated??

??? I usually weigh 115-116 pounds (52-53kg) and I am 160cm (5”3)

... I poop a teeny weeny bit everyday (sometimes nothing in the morning or just once per day) and has to rely on laxatives cuz if I don’t everything will be stuffed and I will BLOAT!
However I am afraid that, with this, I will not be able to tell if I am actually GETTING FAT or not!

Help! I am soooo sad right now

    You probably aren't eating enough fibre (fruit/veg/oats/etc). Add a probiotic to your diet. Drink loads of water. Worked for me.

    For the record, you can tell by logging. That's one of the nice side benefits. If you log carefully and your sight is going up but you're in a calorie deficit, you know it's water weight or something you haven't fully digested, etc.
