Thinner, Leaner, Stronger. New Rules of Lifting for Women. Both are available on amazon. Both are geared toward women specifically. I promise, you will learn a lot about health, fitness and diet from these books!
Both are also available in my library system0 -
Search the web. There is plenty of reliable information on various sites. You may need to do some work yourself.
There is plenty of unreliable information out there too. Unless you have the ability to differentiate between a reliable and unreliable source you could just be learning junk.
psst, I find a quick and easy way to determine whether to pay attention to the site is whether it is trying to sell me something. If it is trying to sell me one of their products I shut it down straight away. Mercola and Diet Doctor I am looking at you!4
