Hi,
I was wondering if anybody had any low calorie recipes that you can make in the microwave?
Calorie limit I go by currently: Under 100, 200 at best if needed, I am trying to get to a limit of 500 but my mind is still stuck at the below or to 100 limit. Thanks if you can help !

The recommended minimum for an adult female is 1200 calories - per day - to help you reach nutritional minimums.
There are no "meal recipes" for 100-200 calories because those are snacks.
500 calories a day is just dangerous. Muscle loss, hair loss.....not a good look.4 -
What you are describing is an eating disorder. It is incredibly unhealthy and against the MFP terms of service. You don't need low-calorie recipes, you need to immediate care from a health professional.4

200 and under is a snack not a meal. it's ok to have many smaller snacks/mini meals a day as long as you eat AT MINIMUM 1200 a day (and note this is for a very sedentary very short woman most should eat MORE).
hungry girl and skinnytaste are great sites for low calorie meals and snacks.
