Yesterday I got to 800 cals all day I struggle to get to 1200 I was told watch carbs so I did and I think once I hit that carb goal did not know what to eat as I was going over I’ve looked at the fig cookie and it’s lots of carbs and 67 cals
you asked about carbs a week or so ago and were told it was more important to meet your minimum calories even if you go over in carbs. your first goal is eating ENOUGH.
but again if you have not lost in four weeks you are eating more than you think you are.
what has your weight been for the last four weeks? has it not moved AT ALL? it has been the same number? how often do you weigh yourself?
carbs do not make you gain weight. eating too many calories will.1 -
I feel he is angry with me I did reply to the fig question now he seems off with me1
