student life and not having money really effected my weight because at that time i could only afford cheap processed food and lack of education in portion control. money and a bit of growing up and getting inspired to make a change in what i was consuming made all the difference in my life. this year i started working out twice a day and so far ab gain is real. now my next goal is to start focusing more on my butt and legs. but its so crazy to think I have gone from such far ends. looking back now, i never realised how big i actually was untill now. never again

Y'all all look amazing!! I'm not fully where I want to be, but I'm closer than I've been in years. 5'8.5 SW: somewhere just over 230-235 CW:133-139 depending on fluctuations e.t.c. still working on building and toning muscle but hey 🤷🏼♀️😁

I'll add that from last month. This is just yesterday though
Starting 169lbs size 12 going 14 probably, 35 inch waist. Height at 5'5.5
Current is 129lbs size 4 going lower, 28 inch waist. Same height LOL!
Goal: Abs! I don't want to be skinny, I want to be fit and healthy.
Your stats are just like mine (i'm .5 inches taller, and started 2 lbs less than you, but same sizes on both ends) and you are an inspiration. I am at 134 lbs and am working toward 125-130. And that waist! I'm jealous! Great job!2 -

Well done and congratulations. Our SW and GW are very similar. It is so helpful to see someone else make it happen to remind me I can too.5 -

These progress pics are very inspirational. Thanks for sharing y’all!

Thanks man. You CAN do it!
I lost most of it from 2007-2010, and I've been in maintenance mode ever since. Haven't seen the 200s since 2008....A couple times I crept back up to 180-185, but for the most part, I've stayed around 175. A good 3-4 weeks of carb slashing gets me back to sub-170 (like I did for my 50th Bday trip.)
Just stick with it!

It’s been two years to the day since I received a gift from a very good friend. He gave me a good kick in the ace and MFP. In those two years I’ve connected with some truly awesome and inspirational people from all over the world. I’m looking forward to all the years to come. In progress. Never easy, always worth it.38 -
(This wasn't even my heaviest, squeezing into a size 20w summer 2017)--one of the ONLY pics I allowed to be taken of me AND that I could find, I was so, ummmm..ashamed of getting photos of myself. I usually "hid" behind people or put kids or things in front of me for pics taken...I did this (avoided the camera like the plague for YEARS and YEARS )
BEFORE: I was somewhere around 208/210lbs in this pic
Now: (pic taken 3/22/19)--I was about 151.4lbs in the pics below--I'm now 147lbs and my ultimate goal is 140lbs
I had to SQUEEZE my tail into these size 6 jeans then (March 2019), I'm a proper size 8 now, but 8's are getting looser in the waist (YAY--I can wiggle out of size 8's without unbuttoning nor unzipping them now) and I can fit these size 6's better now than when the pic was taken, but again size 8's are my go to size jeans.

I have had the opposite "problem" than most. I was a twig my entire life. Had a bad heart growing up which couldn't take much strain. I had open heart surgery about 10 years ago and I've been hitting the gym every day since. Now I'm in my 40's but never felt better. The picture on the left is a month after my surgery, and two progress pictures.

This was 331. I had already lost 36 lbs in the before shot.
Current is 185 - still a ways to go... but, I needed to be reminded of how far I have actually come, even if I have been the queen of maintenance for the last long while.57 -
Not finnished, but on my way to get there
