Hey I've just upped it half a teaspone today. I know someone people have said when they first start on it they are never off the toilet but I've been in more energy. Been able to fast until 2-3 o clock.
I'm doing lazy keto. Tracking my carb intake trying not to go over board. I'm also in a UK group on Facebook to pick up food ideas etc. Really enjoy being keto makes me feels much better period is in track too.2 -
