I eat vegetables, I love asparagus, cauliflower, mushrooms etc just track your carbs

Typically Unnecessary. Restrictive. Difficult for some to sustain long term. Rebounds. A sense of cheating if you eat high carbs one day. May or may not find high fat filling. Cited as magical by many.
With that said I think diabetics absolutely benefit from this deit and is necessary or helpful for some health conditions .
In truth you can eat anything you want and if you enjoy carbs, those too. If you are in a calorie deficit you will lose weight.

Having a lower carb diet suits me as my markers have recently flirted with the T2 criteria - for me, it gives a decent level of satiation. Spolier alert: this macro mix doesnt work for everyone and for a successful woe, it really does need to be sustainable. Only you can decide what is sustainable for you - asking us randoms is probably going to get you lots of conflicting views1

You can still eat veggies, dairy, some kinds of fruit, nuts and seeds etc on a lower carb/keto diet. Why are you so restricted in what kinds of food you're eating?

I do keto, will hit 50lbs this month. It's easy just boring for me. I eat so many damn eggs.1
