Re-evaluated my goal 165 to 167. I haven’t lost consistently for about a year but it looks to be close to 3lbs a week. I don’t want to get bummed if I don’t make the goal so I need to be more realistic. I haven’t been in the 160’s for a while, so I’m excited about that!7 -

Hey everyone!
I was on vacation in the Carribean this past week with my family (lucky me!). We didn't have a scale there, though, which is why I didn't post an update on the 15th.
I weighed myself this morning and I'm now 61 kg or about 135 lbs, meaning that I've lost another kilo (~ 2.2 lbs) in the past week and a half (or so).
Besides the relaxation aspect of it, the trip was interest wrt weight loss. It was an all-inclusive trip / we ate at buffets, so I had to come up with mental tricks to stop myself from over-eating. I got smaller plates and ate vegetables or salad before moving on to rice and meat.
In terms of exercise, I mostly walked or swam throughout the day, although I also went jogging a few times in the evening. And I got to go kayaking several times!
(This made me so happy! 😀 I love kayaking, but almost never get to do it back home.)
I will weigh myself again this coming Wednesday.4 -

Yay! I finally did it! I was able to break out of the 170s lbs, break out of the 77s kg, and hit my 25% to goal! I was very happy, but I also had a hard time believing it. So this morning I weighed myself again to double-check, and it actually was 167.8 lbs! But since my weigh-in was yesterday, I'm keeping the first weigh-in as the official one. I feel so relieved, especially after very little progress in the past few weeks.

Went on a 4 day vacation to an all inclusive resort so didn't get a chance to post before I left. Weighed 146.1 when I left and just weighed myself today and still 146.1! I am shocked that I didn't gain a little weight. Hoping it's not a delayed thing and I step on the scale for Wednesday's weigh in and get a nasty shock.4 -

Bummer. After a week of not much sleep, stressing over my new job, and being considerably less active (went to the gym 4 times this week and less active everyday anyway), it is pretty evident my body wasn’t too impressed with me!
My goal for next week is to walk for more of the journey to work, make more of an effort to get to the gym, and manage my stress better.1 -

Oh man. What a nightmare. I got down to 97.6kg then yesterday (the day before weigh in) I stupidly ate a massive Easter egg I had in my drawer I don’t know why I did it, I saw it and then it was calling at me to eat it all day and I caved. Also I discovered Orzo but I don’t think that agrees with me in terms of weight loss. Let’s hope next week is better.2 -

Talk about slow 🐢🐢. At least it's a small loss so ok with that after nearly giving up when the weekend just went mad! I know I won't reach my target by getting under 13st next week as it's yet another BH coming up but staying focused. Stick with it! xx

I am honestly surprised! I don't normally lose more than 1 lb a week ever so this is encouraging. I have put some yoga into my routine for stretching and strength, maybe that is what my body needed. Not sure but whatever it is I like it!4 -
