My scale was fluctuating between 126.8 and 127.0 this morning. I was hoping it would finally land on 126.8 but.... nope! Lol. Trying not to get discouraged by this plateau. I guess I need to take the win that I was able to maintain and stay active the whole week. I guess a time will come where I work hard just to maintain anyways ... just a bummer to not see the change I want. One more week in the month!6 -

Just started working out with high intensity over the past week and it's satisfying to see some results. Crossing my fingers I reach my May Goal Weight by weigh-in next week. And that I reach my Ultimate Goal Weight of 155lb by July 2nd...or at least get into the 150s

This week I dropped below my STG of being below 148.5 or BMI < 30 so that I am now out of the obese category and in the overweight group!!! Lost 1.8 pounds this week so in my goal range of 1-2 pounds per week, and a total of 4 pounds this month - happy with progress. Hope to make my May goal weight next week!

Yes!! Broken the 180s barrier, I'll share a secret, other than tomatoes, I haven't touched a piece of fruit since I started counting calories for 2 months, my theory was if i don't eat the sweet fruit I won't crave more food, seems to be working for me, I make sure I get all the vitamins I need from veg5 -

It’s been tough for me as far as weight loss goes. But I know that I got tired of healthy eating and restricting calories. I did go into little bit of a snack mode. Been snacking a lot (unhealthy stuff) and being lazy. Last 2 weeks, I haven’t even tried but I think it will all show up next week. Let’s see what’s going on, but I will try to be good this last week. Hopefully I ll get out of this mode.
