This is by far my favorite challenge. I have learned so much about how certain foods affect my weight and hunger levels. I’m beginning to understand all the things that flux my weight and I’m becoming more and more mindful about what I eat.
Last round I watched the 330’s go bye and now it’s time to power toward the 310’s.11 -

I am so excited I joined last round. I had done these in the past. This time around I am getting some medical assistance which is why I am dropping so quick, that and staying in 1200-1400 calories! I am just so excited to actually make progress, I haven't been this weight in years!!

Goal: Last round was disappointing. Did manage with the steps though! With hope it is just water retention keeping last rounds goals - see a 93.xx and walk 10k daily.

Back again, still working on my last 10 lbs (they are very stubborn)! Last round was not my best and very discouraging. I was able to maintain through multiple events and parties, so I'm taking that as a win. This round I will be leaving for a long weekend with the family for a vacation through Memorial Day. We have lots of activities planned that will require walking and getting outside. It's rare to get the older kids (adults now) and the younger kids all together on the same trip, so I am excited.

Pizza night with friends Sat and Scottishfest on Sunday all day. Lots of walking and will make light choices. Not going overboard like I did at Knotts last week. Took me 5 days to get that weight off and I'm dying to be under 185 now that I hit that mark beforehand. Not letting a holiday weekend sabotage my success.
Tuesday after Memorial Day the entire house will start JJs 10-Day Smoothie Cleanse so will fall half in this challenge and half in the next. I hope to see 10 lbs gone between the 2. That's my goal. 170s here I come!

First ever round for me! I slipped up recently and could really use the accountability. My goal is to get within 100 of my calorie limit every day.9 -
GOAL. This month I am planning a non stop dieting month. May 13th-JUne 13th I will be dieting non stop, fasting and will only allow 3 cheat meals at most (not days) and keep them limited to events I can not control (meaning no Saturday morning high calorie breakfasts that potentially will derail the rest of my day) this is an experiment to see what I could potentially accomplish if I stuck to it for the whole month. 8/31 accomplished so far..

I’m in. First time joiner. I’m away in 10 days on a holiday so need some accountability.

I drink plenty of water so will continue that. Want an average of 10K steps for May and am on target for that. Goal is no or little alcohol at the weekend as that always causes weight gain that I have to then work on the following week.
