    Found out while on vacation that we’ll be moving internationally with only one month’s notice. Needless to say, “vacation” suddenly became a lot less relaxing! Now we are back home & scrambling to make arrangements. I’ll remain on maintenance until the dust settles.

    I got to 133 instead of 130 which I am pretty happy with! even though I didn't meet my goal.

    I also joined the Fat to Fit Weight Loss Challenge and Support Group – which has been awesome. They are really active and make a game of losing. I highly recommend checking it out if you all need a place to be accountable after this group!
