768 days. I'm tempted to deliberately skip a day just to relieve the pressure of keeping it going.18

My current streak is my longest at 675.
However, I just hit seven years using the site on May 19th. Comparing scale weight, I'm practically the same weight now than I was then (178, perfectly healthy range for 6'1" male) but gone down as low as 159 right before getting married and as heavy as 185 shortly after getting into weightlifting. Over that seven year span I've traded approximately 18lbs of fat for 18lbs of muscle going from ~23% body fat to 12%.29 -

Having been with weight watchers for years on and off (since 2001) weight up and down, maintainin since Sept 18 I left 6 weeks ago and joined mfp.
I'm on a 39 day streak including today (every day so far)4 -
1414 for me (would have been 1714 but for no signal on a trip to France)4

I'm at 2,474 days today. Nearly seven years, but I still think of the nearly one year streak that ended with no signal in Yellowstone. My Fitness Pal is just a part of my life now. It holds me accountable to myself. Just like our fitness and nutrition, it is a daily grind. You can't ignore it. Each and every person who has a streak should be proud of themselves. Whether the streak is 3, 40, 100, or 2,474. Hang in there and just give it your best effort one day at a time!!
