Hi, I'm in Canada, I work out regularly but my eating is horrible, any fellow Canadian's out there with tips on healthy foods, snacks .. anything. The state's have so much more selections, add me pls!!

    Yep. Out here in the Canadian Prairie, where you gotta eat steak and wear cowboy boots and drink.

    Well. Slight exaggeration. That's only in July. I don't snack so I have nothing to say on that front, but I find myself more and more skipping the Sobey's and heading for farmer's markets. Better quality and usually more options for meats and stuff.

    I’m just outside of Toronto!

    My biggest issue is portion control, so any time I eat out, I ask for a takeout container in advance, and pack up half my meal.
    And pre-logging my foods throughout the week really helps to keep calorie counting on track!
