I'm fearing my daily cokes, had 2 anxiety attacks last week and am associating them with my daily coke zero(s). I know I need to challenge that, but I just don't want that feeling to happen again, so I'm blaming the coke as a "trigger" even tho I know deep down there is no trigger, they just happen sometimes.4

Technically the caffeine could be making the panic attacks more likely; if you're anxious and then you take a hit of adrenaline it could bring on a panic attack imo.3
