Scale going up?

Hello y’all. I’ve been at the gym for 2 months, watching everything I eat for the most part. Had an ice cream and cake last week. Nothing to rock the boat. For the last 2 months the scale has been going up. I’m at a loss so I’m going to eliminate salt, sugar and I really don’t eat bread, chips, pizza etc. I drink a lot of water, but retain water like a camel, eat about 1300 calories a day. I don’t eat my exercise calories. I have belly bloat pants aren’t getting loose?? . I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong. Has anyone else had this? Or should I just go to the dr?!!
