 I didn't exercise much this week and took a nap almost every day , but I did try to focus on being more positive and to not let the little things get to me.             Started late but off to a good start. I have big weight flux’s so hopefully this is the real deal. Started this challenge at 132lbs wanted May end 129lbs. June I’m hoping for 124lbs. (40 lbs lost on MFP to date)

 I like this change! Although I am not sure its accurate as I didnt eat much yesterday so its probably inflated. We will see what happens the next two days.
 On the bright side, I suprised my neighbor by being able to dig out a bunch of tree stumps on our property line. He underestimated little me doing it. I am getting a lot stronger!3

 I'm SO close... I just might make my goal weight for the month, as I tend to cycle through sheds of up to 1lb/week then 2-3 lbs/week and this was an early morning weigh-in for me vs being up and moving around for an hour before weighing. We'll see... No matter what, I'm happy with my continued path of shedding weight and gaining stamina & health.6

 Hey, just remember: lose it fast if you want it to be temporary. Lose it slow if you want it to last. 7.2 lbs is great! That is a huge win!7
