Less Snacking

Hello everyone. I wish everyone great success on keeping up with their personal goals. My goal is to snack less during the day. I normally have to get a snack every hour.

    I like my snacks too. I schedule one every couple hours so I don't go long stretches without eating. Maybe eating more protein and fiber would help you stretch out your eating windows a bit? Unless you have the calories to snack that much of course!

    Snacking its self, is not always a bad thing. Its what you snack on, that can hurt you.
