Hi everyone! I bought a can of unsweetened coconut cream and I have no idea what to do with it! I'd like to use it with my coffee somehow, any advice?

My usual uses are SE Asian cooking
Cambodian grilled corn (you can do this under the broiler)

Cambodian coconut custard cooked in a small squash. I do this on lowest setting in the microwave.

Thai green curry.

I also only ever really use it for SE Asian cooking. In addition to what acpgee mentioned
Sticky rice with mango and coconut

Really, if coconut milk is called for and I only have coconut cream (fairly unlikely but happens occasionally), I'll just use a bit less coconut cream than I would coconut milk and add extra water.1 -
We add it to our chicken curry.0

Low carb/Keto raspberries/strawberries creamsicles for example or mango lassi.0 -
If you want it in your coffee, I would suggest blending some in with a blender. If you just stir it in, it'll look all greasy floating on the top.0

I use it when I make rice to make coconut rice or in curries1
