This is a great idea, but I weigh myself every Monday. Typically because the only scale we have is a wii fit board, and its in the family room. Not wanting to strip down in front of everyone. Anyone mind if I start Monday?3

Well my weight didn't budge.. so not updating my numbers today. However, due to the fact that I recorded input and output.. this didnt make sense.. so I checked the stats of my body composition and while they're not 100% accurate it does make sense that I lost .2lbs body fat gained .2lbs muscle. I did do some new activities yesterday.1
