Just curious to see how everyone did. I lost 1.2 pounds!

    I lost 7 pounds. I didn't lose anything in April and had a whoosh at the beginning of the month. I may have to slow it down a bit, never thought I'd be saying that!

    Yeah I'm working on slowing down also. It's really kinda harder than I thought.

    17 if you count the fluctuation of the last couple days of drinking lots of water and yesterday being a really high cheat day. 21 was my lowest 3 days ago.

    What is your deficit like ?

    I believe I am at a 500 deficit. But I only had 10 pounds to lose when I started this, so I don't expect huge losses every month.

    I had 2 weeks of a diet break eating at maintenance this month but I have still managed to lose 2 lbs the remainder of the month!

    Lost 6.8lbs in May. At the beginning of May I took a week long diet break and ate at maintenance. I had been going strong since January 2nd and felt it was time. Now I plan on going another 4 months.
