Motivation - less weight on problem knees, hiking in Canada, fitting into my favourite clothes again!
Haven't done this before, but hoping some group support will get me back on track. Lost some weight in January, but plateaued since then, despite still feeling like I was dieting.

May 31 - 10st 4lb. Seem to have lost my motivation to make good food choices and not be distracted by things I don't really need to eat! Let's see if I can make myself more accountable this month! Went for aquaerobics and swam a few lengths at the local pool.
June 01 – 10st 4lb. I’m ok with that. Did some walking during the day, but ate out for lunch (pizza) and had bread, dips and wine for dinner. Possibly not the best food choices,
June 02 – 10st7lb!!!! Hey! Hang on, that wasn’t supposed to happen! Did lot of walking today and had salad and water for lunch. Had a couple of slices of bread and dips with a gin and tonic for dinner. Although, I’ve done quite a bit of exercise today, I’m sure I’ve eaten into my exercise calories!

I re-started my weight loss journey approx 2 weeks before we went on vacation. I got down to 208 before I left, but came back at 212.6. I'll have the whole month to work on myself. Goals for this month are to log all food, use treadmill at least 4 days a week, drink 96oz+ of water a day and stay within my daily calorie goal. This week is already pre-logged, so all I need to do is stick with my own plan.
I like the daily weigh in as I weigh myself every morning to begin with, logging it here will keep me motivated.

I need this challenge. I haven't gotten off diet or anything but my weight just keeps creeping up, so I really need some accountability. I have went in with a co-worker, he wants to gain 10 pounds of muscle while I want to lose at least 15, so we have a goal set of August 1. I'm so annoyed and frustrated. I can't seem to make any real progress despite doing everything right.. low calories.. yesterday I only had between 1300 and 1400 calories.. and was more active.. I am not lifting weights or anything but the body composition scales seem to say that I lost body fat while gaining muscle. I know that's not a bad thing if that's the case but that's not the results I want.. I dont want more muscle.. i just want to lose the fat and see progress.. especially since i can't eat what i want... it's been days.. same exact weight.1
