6/2--207.0 It was actually weird this morning to get up and not go to the gym, I usually go today and workout on my own but since my hip is hurt my my trainer does not want me to work out by myself...I can't wait to go to PT on Tuesday and hopefully get some answers. I did go out for a short walk this morning and will go out again today, but I still need to be careful. Going to work at getting water in today.

Goal: Maintain between 135 and 140 lb. and increase muscle mass
I started Round 54 and Keto WOE on September 24, 2018.
Cumulative weight loss for Rounds 54-70 = 44 lb.
I started and finished the last two rounds below my maintenance range. I’ve grown accustomed to the keto WOE and, mostly, stick to that, but I add extra carbs when I’m under 135, which is almost daily. I’m in my third week of a strength training program. I already feel stronger. The loose skin may be irreversible, and, if so, I’ll try to be content with being strong and feeling good.

06/2 133.6 Happy Sunday! The first day of the week and the first day of this round! This is the day the Lord hath made! I’m rejoicing and being glad in it! I hope each of you have a wonderful day. I still have my Burn Circuit 3 workout to complete, so off I go.
06/3 134 Thor and I started with a walk today, and jogged about a mile of it. I had a little twinge of knee pain later, but it was gone by the time I did my cardio and stretching workout this afternoon. It’s supposed to rain Wednesday, so I plan to walk with Thor again tomorrow. I’m still only jogging uphill. I want to be sure my knees are strong before jogging downhill. I’ve gained definition in my calves now, but they’ve always been heavy and strong. It was a good day, but I just remembered it's after midnight, and I forgot to feed the kittens their dinner. Thor and the kittens are getting used to each other, but not ready to be together and unsupervised.

Over the moon! I usually weigh in at 6.30am but was camping last night so weighing in 4 hours late so this result is even better! I didn't touch a drop of alcohol last night and kept my calories in check, it has absolutely paid off!

A bit disappointed to have gained because I was under my calorie goal yesterday, however we went out for dinner. I opted for naked gammon steaks so assuming sodium was high? Plus I didn't get my step goal yesterday. Ho hum, we march on! My 2 yo has impetigo and can't go to nursery so having an unscheduled day off. The weather in Glasgow, UK, is very wet and windy but I'm still going to go for a walk with the wee one and squeeze a workout in when he is napping.

06/04 - 157.8 - Ouch. I had a binge-fest last night. Took the new intern out on her first day for lunch with the group and ate entirely too much. Then I was walking around the plant so much yesterday I worked up an appetite and didn't have anything planned for dinner so just went crazy with straight carbs. Also dehydrated because its 100-something degrees in certain parts of the plant and I was sweating but had no access to water to replenish it immediately. I know I tried to make up for it after work by the number of times I was up and down last night but I can tell waking up thirsty as all get out I didn't succeed. Today is a better day. I have some garden vegetable rice with chicken for lunch. And if that's not enough, I have some soup. Hopefully a better day today. If there is a baseball game (not cancelled for weather) I'll stop at Panera and get a soup or something a little lighter. Going to take my camera out and do pictures for the team so hopefully a lot of walking then. Hopefully just a blip up and it'll go back down soon.

06/03 - Ended up cooking late last night for boyfriend and kids so stayed there instead. Should just invest in a scale for when I'm over there since I seem to be there more often than home anymore (yay, baseball!). Went to the lake yesterday and wore a swimsuit and didn't absolutely hate myself and try to stay covered. Felt a little self-conscious but kinda blew it off to have fun. And the swimming wore me out. I'm so sunburned though! Ouchie. Lots of lotion while at work and aloe when I get home. Started working my 9-80 schedule so 9 hour days Monday-Thursday and alternate Fridays between 8 hour days or off days. This is the first week so I have an 8 hour Friday and next week I'll have Friday off! Whoo! But long days. Gotta keep moving and staying awake at work.

We had a good time at Arab Fest yesterday - great food, and I ate what I wanted, but other than breakfast that was it for the day - falafel, hummus, pita, stuffed grape leaves, beautiful saffron rice, za’atar chips, baklava. Yum! I also had a lovely henna design put on my hand (see pic - sorry it’s so big) and enjoyed talking to the artist, an Afghan teacher now living in Indianapolis. Another calorie challenge coming up today with our UU picnic pitch-in, but I’ll try to behave. I have lots of walking plans for the week! Have a lovely Sunday, all!

OK, yuch but not unexpected after a weekend of indulgences. Some is water - I feel a little bloated and know I ate more salt than normal. I'm still aiming for my goal by the end of the round. It's a gorgeous day so I'm planning at least one long walk, plus garden work. Enjoy!

We went to Fazzoli's for lunch yesterday - not my choice - but other than indulging in a bread stick, I kept calories within bounds, and definitely within for the rest of the day. DH can eat pasta 'til the cows come home and never gain an ounce - no fair! It's raining now, but supposed to clear up, so I'm looking forward to a long walk later. If not, I'll hit the Y.
