Fitbit sync

I can’t seem to find the settings to sync my Fitbit. Help! TIA!!

    Mines the same.... Sometimes it's syncing half my steps but then not again all day.

    I've disconnected them and reconnected, it worked once but not again after that...

    Fitbit are have huge problems with the latest sorfware update, I wonder if its that?

    I can't even figure out how to get my fitbit to even be recognized as a device! Is it only for premium?

    The Fitbit issue with not syncing has been happening since Monday. I checked for an update and the message is the same every day; they're working on it.

    Does anyone have an answer as to what's wrong with this app? No one responds to your quesitons. What is happening??? Extremely frustrated. Pay for a product and it doesn't work and no one wants to talk to you. All I get is a pre-recorded response.

    Thanks everyone. I should have known it was more of a Fitbit issue, as it happened earlier this week with weight watchers as well. Hope everyone has a great Friday and weekend! ✌🏼️🌸
