    Back again! Love this challenge. May was a really rough month for me. I finished the month by gaining 1.1 pounds, but I am ready to get in the low140's and stay there!

    Hi, I'll try this for a month! I sooo need the motivation to step away from chocolate, biscuits, sweet things and glasses of wine!!! And over-doing things at the weekend when all my good intentions seem to get forgotten!

    May 31 - 10st 4lb. Seem to have lost my motivation to make good food choices and not be distracted by things I don't really need to eat! Let's see if I can make myself more accountable this month! Went for aquarobics and swam a few lengths at the local pool.
    June 01 – 10st 4lb (0). I’m ok with that. Did some walking during the day, but ate out for lunch (pizza) and had bread, dips and wine for dinner. Possibly not the best food choices,
    June 02 – 10st7lb!!!! (+3) Hey! Hang on, that wasn’t supposed to happen! Did lot of walking today and had salad and water for lunch. Had a couple of slices of bread and dips with a gin and tonic for dinner. Although, I’ve done quite a bit of exercise today, I’m sure I’ve eaten into my exercise calories!
    June 03 – 10st 7.75lb!!!! (+3.75) I’m so going to have to eat better this week – weekends are definitely my downfall!
    June 04 – 10st 6.1lb (+2.1) – much better today! I made sure I didn’t make silly food choices yesterday and worked hard at body combat. I’ve also made sure I’ve tracked today and I’m happy that I didn’t go for biscuits and sandwiches in between meals.
    June 05 – 10st 4.2lb (+0.2) – that feels better!
    June 06 – 10st 4.2lb (+0.2) – no change
    June 07 – 10st 5.5lb (+1.5) – slightly up, but I did eat out last night so not a surprise!
    June 08 – 10st 4.7lb (+0.7) – a better day on Friday

    I will not be weighing in today as I know it isnt accurate.. normally I'm asleep for at least 4 more hours and then continue to fast for 1 or 2 hours before weighing in.. sooo.. yeah. Basically it was a maintained weight with no loss though. I'm going out of state today so I'll just have to hang in there for tomorrow.

    June 09: 207.6!!! Yesterday was a very light day food wise. My stomach was really bothering me yesterday so nothing really sounded good. I had a chicken taco salad for dinner (which I didn't finish) then basically picked at nuts for the rest of the night. I also drank aboit half of my normal daily intake of water. Woke up to a surprise this morning. I was expecting a loss cause obviously I didn't eat much, but I wasn't expecting 207. I'll be excited for today and use this as motivation to her back at it!

    Motivation - less weight on problem knees, hiking in Canada, fitting into my favourite clothes again!
    Haven't done this before, but hoping some group support will get me back on track. :smiley: Lost some weight in January, but plateaued since then, despite still feeling like I was dieting.

    June 10: 207.8 (+0.2) - Made 60 minutes on the treadmill yesterday. Did it in 2 sessions though. Was pretty good about eating too and didn't snack too much. Will try for 30-45 min tonight. Want to keep going down! The numbers dropping really motivate me to keep going!

    May 13- 206 This was my first day I weighed myself and I couldn't believe I was over 200 pounds when just 2 years ago I was 145 lbs it's time to get back to my healthy me

    May 27- 199 I was like yesssss!!!! I am under the 200 mark again.

    June 03- 202.4 terrible weekend and I ate or drank a little to much lol

    June 05- 199.2 going back down again feels really good. I started back at the gym last night after work. I haven't been to the gym in 9 months. It was tough but I need to work this in now. I did 45 minute work out and my motivation is something else right now loving it!!
    June 06- Forgot to weigh in this morning I was rushing out the door to work I will record my weight tomorrow.
    June 07- 198.6 I woke up this morning feeling AMAZING!!! I started working out this week and it is already paying off I am down a total of 8 pounds!!!
    June 08- 198.00 No workout today it's Saturday I woke up feeling great but I had a sweet tooth all weekend long and I ate sweets all weekend long:( ......My weight reflects my snacking. I am not discouraged I just get right back on it this morning. Feeling Good!

    June 10- 201.00 Starting to go back down again. Going to the gym today afterwork to balance this.

    Back again! Love this challenge. May was a really rough month for me. I finished the month by gaining 1.1 pounds, but I am ready to get in the low140's and stay there!
