Ended the last round up after a few days eating take outs and ping meals as kitchen, lounge and dining room being plastered! Full on entertaining weekend with people round for a BBQ and daughter up from Wales to stay. Tried to stay on track but just didn't get round to weighing but back on the scales this morning and focused!

Just over 8 weeks till my holiday and would love to see 133lb .... So need to average 1lb a week which is definitely do-able (6 rounds including this one so 1.5lb per round).

06/10 - 139.8lb (+0.9lb) I know its only that "post Sunday dinner weigh in" so not worried as was within calories apart from a gin and tonic I enjoyed after dinner as spent most of the weekend doping the mist coat on the newly plastered walls and ceilings! Sure the scale will be back to where it should be by Wednesday as usually takes a couple of days even if my end of round tomorrow may not be......

This is my first round (new to MFP too). I like the idea of a 10 day goal. It's long enough that I can accomplish something measurable, but not so long that I will be lolled into complacency because "there's still lots of time to get caught up".67 y.o. female 5'2" (shrunk from 5'3")

R79 Goal: I'm on holiday for 3 days during this round and my goal is to stay in control, make good choices where possible and not over indulge - snacking is my weak point!
My overall aim for the whole month of June is to train consistently - with that should come the weight / inch loss.
Also... 10K steps a day and more water!

Over the moon! I usually weigh in at 6.30am but was camping last night so weighing in 4 hours late so this result is even better! I didn't touch a drop of alcohol last night and kept my calories in check, it has absolutely paid off!

A bit disappointed to have gained because I was under my calorie goal yesterday, however we went out for dinner. I opted for naked gammon steaks so assuming sodium was high? Plus I didn't get my step goal yesterday. Ho hum, we march on! My 2 yo has impetigo and can't go to nursery so having an unscheduled day off. The weather in Glasgow, UK, is very wet and windy but I'm still going to go for a walk with the wee one and squeeze a workout in when he is napping.

Happy with yesterday all round - food was good and filling meaning less snacking, I managed to get to the gym for a push session AND got my steps in, water was unusually good as well. Consistency is starting to pay off.

Is this the real life? Is this just fantasy? I really think this downward trend is too good to be true. Maybe it's because I haven't been so focussed for a while and it's paying off. Good day all round yesterday with being well under my calorie goal without feeling deprived - made a new recipe for Chicken Stuffed Zucchini Boats and it was so tasty! Good exercise day yesterday, getting my steps in and a Functional HIIT class. Going to try to start banking calories just in case there aren't lower calories choices when I am away this weekend. There is already talk of pub lunches and home baking BUT I've got this...I can keep focussed. Today's exercise is my new Pull programme the gym instructor created for me last week

A good day yesterday, I did fight hard to resist the temptation to eat my emotions last night but I stuck with an apple, go me! Exercise today is my usual walk to and from work, leg session at the gym at lunchtime followed by Functional HIIT after work.
I'm going away tomorrow for the weekend to visit family I haven't seen in over 15 years so I'm a bit nervous / excited (we called it 'nervited' when I was a Slimming World consultant). I'll weigh tomorrow morning when I get up at 4am but won't weigh again til Monday morning when I'm back. Going to enjoy my time away and continue making good choices. Have a great weekend!

Back from holiday and delighted with the small gain. Weekend with family was fantastic however i had very little water, didnt get out for walks because of torrential rain and last night's airport dinner was Burger King. Today's plan is water, water, more water! Walking my 2yo to nursery then off to the gym before I walk back home to do the housework catch up.

Great day of food and exercise yesterday. Walked my 2 yo to nursery before walking to the gym for a pull weights session, then walked home. Really enjoyed a big homemade salad for lunch. I did have the urge to binge on chocolate but I overcame it by having a good ol' chat with myself.
Over the moon the have finished this round (my 2nd) 4lbs / 1.8kg lighter, especially when I had a holiday weekend during the round. On to R80 with all speed!

6/2 – DNW - Sundays are my active rest days! Went for a walk to the coffee shop in the morning and walked home from there. Ended the day with 14,809 steps!
6/3 – DNW - SAC test at my gym, finished the challenge in 19 minutes, 4 minutes longer than allowed but proud of myself for finishing! Next test is start of July, hoping to beat my current time! 15,222 steps
6/4 – DNW - Push, Pull day at the gym. 14,119 steps
6/5 – DNW - 45 minutes of burpees at the gym (DEAD) had tacos and ice cream with my family after. 15,349 steps
6/6 – 209.6 - 1 week back at exercise and tracking diligently every day. Disappointed to see the number move down only slightly. Tomorrow is my official weigh in day. 16,133 steps
6/7 –209.4 - still a little upset that I didn't even lose 1lb my first week. Trying not to let it slow me down, still got up and walked before work this morning and have gym plans tonight! Did partake in National donut day this morning but not going to let that throw off my whole day! 14,142 steps
6/8 –208.6 - moving in the right direction. Working out at 9 and hoping to stay pretty active today. I’d like to get my house cleaned, laundry done and grocery shop! Hoping the rain clears up and I can go on a nice afternoon walk and maybe to a church festival tonight! Anyone else love church festivals in the summer? 6/9 –DNW - woke up later than normal after a fun night out with friends. pretty dehydrated and certainly ate and drank too much on Saturday. Went to the USMNT match and continued my eating and drinking from Saturday 10,702 steps
6/10 –210.5 - figured this would happen after a long weekend of eating and drinking. hoping to get my water and steps in today and make sure I make it to workout after work. Sweat out some of the weekend and get that number back down fast! 11,931 steps
6/11 -209.0 - ended the round lower than I started so I'll at least take that as win! Never made it to workout yesterday but did go for a nice walk in the evening! Gym after work and then off to celebrate my little brothers birthday at my parents. Not going to completely deprive myself of the cake and ice cream, but will be eating in moderation!8 -

06/02 – 144.5 – No surprise, we had family over that we hadn't seen in several months and they wanted Chinese and pizza. What the grandson wants, the grandson gets and I couldn’t pass it up. I'll have to work extra hard this week to make up for the extra calories.
06/03 – 144 – I ate much better today, but I have Monday’s off work during the summer and I can’t seem to get my water in when I’m home. Hopefully it doesn’t go back up tomorrow.
06/04 – 143 – Nice to see after a long weekend!
06/05 – 143 – I’m glad to see there was not a bounce this morning. Now to try to get down another half pound or so before another party we’re having on Saturday.
06/06 – 143 – I bundled up 10 trash bags of clothes sized from 12 to 18 and put them out for donation pick up this morning. Now if I gain back any significant weight, I will be forced to pay for it in more than one way.
06/07 – 142.5 – Nice start to the weekend.
06/08 – 143.5 – Late night dinner with plenty of salt. We’re having a party tonight so I’ll watch what I eat today and try to drink plenty of water.

06/11 - - DNW - I was hoping to weigh in but I guess not. Really should invest in a scale for the bf's house. Had dinner with him and the kids after the baseball game (we won!) so it was a late night. Already almost done drinking my first bottle of water (if I drink 4 of my water bottles, I hit my 75 oz goal). That's probably the only positive for waking up 45 minutes earlier and having a 45 minute longer drive to work for me haha but worth it.

06/03 - Ended up cooking late last night for boyfriend and kids so stayed there instead. Should just invest in a scale for when I'm over there since I seem to be there more often than home anymore (yay, baseball!). Went to the lake yesterday and wore a swimsuit and didn't absolutely hate myself and try to stay covered. Felt a little self-conscious but kinda blew it off to have fun. And the swimming wore me out. I'm so sunburned though! Ouchie. Lots of lotion while at work and aloe when I get home. Started working my 9-80 schedule so 9 hour days Monday-Thursday and alternate Fridays between 8 hour days or off days. This is the first week so I have an 8 hour Friday and next week I'll have Friday off! Whoo! But long days. Gotta keep moving and staying awake at work.
06/04 - Ouch. I had a binge-fest last night. Took the new intern out on her first day for lunch with the group and ate entirely too much. Then I was walking around the plant so much yesterday I worked up an appetite and didn't have anything planned for dinner so just went crazy with straight carbs. Also dehydrated because its 100-something degrees in certain parts of the plant and I was sweating but had no access to water to replenish it immediately. I know I tried to make up for it after work by the number of times I was up and down last night but I can tell waking up thirsty as all get out I didn't succeed. Today is a better day. I have some garden vegetable rice with chicken for lunch. And if that's not enough, I have some soup. Hopefully a better day today. If there is a baseball game (not cancelled for weather) I'll stop at Panera and get a soup or something a little lighter. Going to take my camera out and do pictures for the team so hopefully a lot of walking then. Hopefully just a blip up and it'll go back down soon.

06/06 - There's the drop. Wasn't quite expecting that big of one, but I'm perfectly okay with it. Now to hold on to this number or maybe even get lower. Rainy day. Not sure if baseball tonight will be cancelled yet so can't make plans for this evening as far as dinner/workout goes.
06/07 - I stood on the scale and then it died. It flashed 156-something before it did but not sure how accurate. Though, after yesterday, I wouldn't be surprised. Lots of salty foods and snacking, especially on carbs. But drank almost 100oz of water. Hopefully its just a false reading either because of the salt or because it was dying. I have more batteries but didn't have time this morning if I wanted to get to work on time. Have a wonderful weekend!

06/10 - I really didn't eat all that much during the weekend so I'm thinking this is water weight and I can feel the dehydration. The curse of being at friend's bbq and not wanting to inconvenience them. I drank my water I brought and then that was it. Plus I drove there with bf and they were working on his truck so I couldn't take it and go get some more water (tap water is sketchy at best otherwise I'd just drink that). Oh well, surprised I'm not higher but hopefully by tomorrow it'll come down for a loss this round.

Round 8! I'm looking forward to walking outside more this round. My goals are to track at least 10,000 steps a day, drink at least 45 oz of water (not including non-calorie drinks like coffee or Coke Zero), and weighing in one pound less than I did at the beginning of the challenge.

06/02 182.0 lb I tracked 14,065 steps and had 20 oz of water. Dinner was a lovely grilled steak at my fiance's parent's house. We're heading to my parents for the afternoon and then we'll take the dog for a walk and probably get take out for dinner.
06/03 183.2 lb Lazy day yesterday. I tracked 4,595 steps and didn't drink any actual water. I had one glass of wine, three beers, and a fried fish sandwich for dinner. Today, I'm getting back on track. I have my meals planned through dinner, I have a full water bottle, and I'm exercising at home between work and the last band boosters meeting of the year.
06/04 183.2 lb 10,751 steps were tracked and I had about 50 oz of water. I'm going to the gym this afternoon and then I have wind ensemble rehearsal from 7:00-9:00. We're having baked eggplant parm for dinner, so I'll keep my snacking to a minimum to be able to enjoy a nice serving. The weather has been lovely to walk in! I have a sorta NSV to report. Growing up, we always had overweight pets because we loved to give them treats. At my most recent vet check-up with my dog, the vet noted that she is a perfect weight and had lost some weight since our last visit. She's been my walking buddy for the last few months and I think all that exercise has positively impacted her!
06/05 182.6 lb 13,420 steps were tracked and I had 44 oz of water. I burned 300 calories on the elliptical at the gym and came in under calorie goals. I'll be doing an exercise dvd between work and pub trivia tonight and I'll be having leftover eggplant parm instead of bar food for dinner.
06/06 179.2 lb Just barely made my step goals with 10,558 steps. I had 54 oz of water and I completed level one of the 30 Day Shred. I'll be going to the gym after work and it's my night to cook dinner, so calories are completely under my control today. I'd love to see this weight again tomorrow!
06/07 180.8 lb I made my step goals and burned 300 calories at the gym yesterday. I'm taking my middle schoolers to a music festival today and then we're at an amusement park for 5 hours. I charged my Fitbit last night and forgot it on the charger, so no step tracking today.
06/08 180.8 lb Pretty pleased! I only had 37 oz of water and I know I made my step goal because I can feel it in my legs today. I had a small order of fries, a small slush, and half of a milk shake at the park and then I went out for Mexican food with my fiance. After catching up on yardwork, we're planning on going to a food truck festival today, so I'm having coffee for breakfast and I'll see if I feel like having dinner tonight. I'll be focusing on water intake and I won't be surprised to see a gain tomorrow, but hopefully it will be low.
06/09 180.4 lb Pleasantly surprised and mildly suspicious of this weigh-in. The food truck festival was a bust. We made it to the venue and the line to get into the festival had an estimated wait time of 90 minutes. We went out for seafood instead and were fine with it. I had no dinner to speak of other than a small homemade piña colada. 12,490 steps were tracked and I had 56 oz of water. I have a concert this afternoon with my wind ensemble and then I'm grocery shopping and meal prepping.
06/10 180.4 lb I tracked 11,962 steps and drank a measly 12 oz of water. I love beer and Sam Adams were only $3 a bottle at the concert yesterday! 🍻 I have a full water bottle with me today at work, I have a low calorie lunch, and I'm planning on working out at home between work and a two hour rehearsal. I want to meet my goal of losing one pound this round, and I've found I either maintain or see a small drop after my workout DVD. We'll see what tomorrow brings!
06/11 180.4 lb I tracked 14,108 steps and drank 54 oz of water. I did my workout DVD and maintained my weight, which is encouraging to see. I had planned to have leftovers for dinner, but I found that my fiance had the same plan and ate before me, so I was left with some frozen potstickers and udon noodle soup which were about the same calories, but crazy high in sodium. I'll be going to the gym after work for some cardio and then I'll be cooking dinner, so I'm hoping to flush out this sodium and see a drop tomorrow in Round 80! See you all there! ❤9 -

6/2 -140.2. Shocked it didn’t go up as I took a day off completely from tracking. Even ate fast food for dinner. Guess it could show on the scale tomorrow, will see. Happy right now!
6/3 - 140.4. Wins yesterday: 2 workouts (just happened I met two different friends for active activities on the same day), but I did not track food and I don’t think I drank enough water. Back to tracking today with that goal of seeing the 130’s on a regular basis.
6/4 - 140.4. Holding steady. Time to tighten up that tracking and get myself in those 130's. Wins yesterday: 5 mile run, 3 mile walk. Ate out for lunch so a little heavier meal, but tried to balance that with a lighter dinner.
6/5 - 140.2. Wins yesterday: HIIT class and 3 mile walk. Didn’t eat great (hello, Oreo thin mints) but stayed in a deficit. Stuck in the low 140’s, need to avoid those Oreos today.
6/6 - 140.2. I really am stuck! Wins yesterday: bodypump class (which I don't love, but went because it fit the time I had free and a friend convinced me to go), 1 mile run afterward because it was global running day, and about 5 miles walked. Thought I did OK with food, stayed in a deficit. Need to get this number to drop.
6/7 - 139.3. It might be a false low, I donated blood yesterday. Wins yesterday: RPM class, donated blood so I hydrated well. I did have the cookies after donation though 😉.
6/8 - 140.2. That’s the number of the round apparently! But it’s on me and completely expected. Went out for Mexican last night so I ate much heavier than usual and had a little ice cream too. And no exercise due to blood donation the day before. Back to the grind today.
6/9 140.4. There’s some more of the Mexican food from Friday! Wins yesterday: hydrated well, HIIT class and 2.75 mile walk. Not the best food day, over calorie goal but a small deficit. 2 days left - will I see a loss overall? Will work hard these next couple of days to stay focused.
6/10 - 140.4 again. I’d swear my scale was broken but I stepped on after my run and it was lower so it must be fine 😂. Wins yesterday: bodycombat class and 3 mile walk, hydrated well. I caught myself grazing a lot though - I’m starting to feel the old bingeing feelings coming up. I’ve had problems in the past with food tracking, I felt “restricted” so I’d swing fully the other way in to bingeing. Focusing hard on that right now, so if this round is a maintenance round while I get my thoughts in order then so be it.
6/11 - 139.6. That "whoosh" came at the perfect time to give me a loss for the challenge! Total loss 0.8 lbs, which I'm happy with after a couple of really bad days in there. Wins yesterday: 4 mile run (in 100% humidity, so sweaty and gross), 3 mile walk. Drank a ton of water all day after that run. Grazed a good bit during the day but finished the day strong.9 -

6/2: 193.4 (A slight gain which is expected on the weekend. I had a graduation party I went to last night so I ate a controlled amount that I preplanned. No workout yesterday as well. I really want to make my goal this round so I can get a gym membership!)
6/3: 192.8 (I had a very tough time during my 5K training last night. Part of my running is uphill since the areas around my house are very hilly and around my entire town. 3 of the minutes I am panting for breath but getting more and more used to it. I still was able to do 6 minutes of continuous jogging which is a very huge success. Last night I made potato corn chowder for dinner.)

We had a good time at Arab Fest yesterday - great food, and I ate what I wanted, but other than breakfast that was it for the day - falafel, hummus, pita, stuffed grape leaves, beautiful saffron rice, za’atar chips, baklava. Yum! I also had a lovely henna design put on my hand (see pic - sorry it’s so big) and enjoyed talking to the artist, an Afghan teacher now living in Indianapolis. Another calorie challenge coming up today with our UU picnic pitch-in, but I’ll try to behave. I have lots of walking plans for the week! Have a lovely Sunday, all!

I just discovered I've been mis-calculating my frequent evening popcorn snack - sneaky labeling strikes again. Oh, well, now I know and can proceed with new awareness. It's worth the calories for the satisfaction + protein (seriously - 9 grams) and fiber. Yesterday was gorgeous and I went for a lovely 4-mile walk along the Maumee River. I'm aiming for 5-6 today, maybe along the St. Joseph or St. Mary's. We have a fabulous greenway system here that follows our 3 rivers for many miles and hooks up with other trail systems as well. Perfect! Oh, and when I looked out the window first thing this morning there was a male Goldfinch in full breeding plumage on my little sunflower. Can't get more cheerful than that! See you in R80!

6/5 – 172.8 – Emotional day all around. Led to eating too much food that my body does not need. I am disappointed, however at this point I just need to face the reality and today make a better choice.
6/6 – 171.6 – I had a better day and was more conscious of my food choices. Today hoping to get another long walk in and move some boxes around. Here is to a good day!
6/7 – 171.6 – Pleased it did not go up! Mowed 4 acres of lawn and Mom had a few Dr’s Appts. Hoping to get more steps in today. Here is to another day of tiny wins!

6/9 – 172.2 – Took a day off work and handling the household items. Ate all carbs and salt yesterday. Daily tracking of weight really allows me to see results of unhealthy choices. Now to be strong enough to say “no” to overeating whatever the scenario may be. Good thing I have projects and will up the water to flush my system. One day at a time…….

6/11 - 170.00 – I reached the goal!!! Thank you all for keeping me on track. My older sisters and 4 kids decided to come for vacation. 6/2 148, traveling yesterday in a car so ate within calories. but ate McDonald’s for lunch and pizza for dinner so salt was more than usual. I tweaked my neck sleeping so hopefully will feel better in the afternoon to go workout
6/3 147.5, today will be busy, but everything is prepped so should be a good day
6/4 147.6, going to mini golf after work with some colleagues. I managed to get a strength and conditioning class and 60 minutes on elliptical so hoping to be closer to my end weight of round 78 by the end of the week.
6/5 147.2, managed to be good with diet until dinner last night. Going to the opera tonight and having dinner nearby (already picked out what I’m eating). Not as sore as I usually am after a strength class so probably can fit in a 60 minute elliptical machine workout
6/6 146.5, hoping to stay as good on my diet and exercise plan through the weekend. Finally back to where I was at the end of round 78 (although I think that weight was an outlier since my moving average line is still going down at 147)
6/7 146, some days I get discouraged with how slow the weight loss process is and I feel like the number on the scale doesn’t reflect how hard I’m working. This particular challenge is good for helping through those days because I’m inspired by so many others who are trying to do the same thing I am- be healthier and stronger
6/8 146.6, given the way I ate and drank yesterday night I’m pretty happy with this number. I went with a friend to see a musical and we had dinner at a Mexican restaurant and shared some appetizers and drinks. Really fun and not typical so going back to normal diet today and tomorrow. Really hoping to end round with a 145.x, but will be hard since round ends so close to a weekend.
6/9 146.5, did 60 minutes on amt machine and 20 minutes on weight equipment. I ate really well, but still think my Friday habits are causing me to hold on to same weight. Today will be closer to yesterday so only a matter of time before I see the 145 number.
6/10 146.3, we are in a bit of a heatwave so I drank over 84 ounces of water and still am so thirsty. I will aim for more today since starting a beginning tennis class through the city’s parks and rec department

6/4 123.5 I went to water “aerobics” and mentioned later to DH that I thought it was not properly named as my average heart rate was 95. Somewhat disappointed to see that that 45 minutes plus walking to and from the pool counted for NO active minutes! Glad I met Amy at the gym in the afternoon even though it was short. My right leg is bothering me again a little. Again OMAD, sunflower seeds in the evening.

6/6 124.5 My allergies are getting me down. Had migraine-ish headache yesterday afternoon so skipped the gym. I’m not sleeping well and just feel yuck. I can’t get on the Community boards. I get a message that I can’t connect to the server. It let me log my weight on the graph. It’s not my phone since I haven’t had a problem with any other apps or websites. I’ll try again later.

6/2 169.6 Very happy to see this. Didn’t walk yesterday but worked in the yard for two hours. More dang branches. It's supposed that to be beautiful. My goal is more yard work and maybe a walk.
6/3 169.2 Did a little yard work and walked for three very slow but lovely miles. Kept my calories in check and drank a lot of water. I'm working from home today and will get in a little yard work this morning. Walking will be determined by when the rain starts.
6/4 170.1 Not too worried about this. I knew I wasn't completely done with the 17Xs but I hope to be by the end of this round. This was the plateau from hell. I was 17X for approximately 160 days. The same weight I stalled at when I lost weight before. My body apparently really likes to weigh 17X. It's over now and I can move on. I worked in my yard for 4 hours yesterday. Then an old friend came over and we went to a nice dinner. I was fairly good in that I had no dessert and I had a salad for dinner but this place has the best nachos I've ever had in my life. I have posted the pic so you understand. They are pot roast nachos and they are heaven. I only had one chip but my estimation is over 500 calories for it. I ate back 4 hours of work plus an extra 81 calories.
6/5 170.1 Getting less ok with the 170 anything. I was good on calories, walked 2 miles, and drank a ton of water. Why is it the same? Maybe leftover sodium from Monday's dinner?
6/6 170.0 Only walked a mile, I waited until 9:00 pm but it was still too hot. I stayed under on calories but yesterday was very stressful. My friend who is in the hospital had a set-back and it struck me hard because I feel if I was with him he'd be doing better but I can't be in Colorado. I have to work and my job is in Kansas City, it isn't a job I can do remotely for more than a day or two. My outlet for stress has been going to a remote trail and walking for an hour. The heat has stolen that pleasure at least for now, so I was being pouty about having to go to the gym. First world problems - I will take my junky butt to the gym tonight and stop feeling sorry for myself. I can't control what I can't control. I am not actually responsible for everyone I know.
6/7 169.3 That's more like it. I walked 3 miles at an indoor track last night. It worked out just fine. I actually put on sunscreen and started to get on the trail but when I got out of the car I decided fighting the heat wasn't worth it. Happy Friday !!!

6/9 170.9 I got up yesterday morning and walked for 3 miles in 49:30 minutes - my fastest time to date. My food yesterday was terrible. I had donuts (that's right 2) for breakfast. I ordered one but it's a place where they make your donuts to order and if you order one you get two. Ok, sure I could have saved the 2nd donut for my roommate but did I mention they make them HOT when you order them???
6/10 170.3 I think I was doing a little self-sabotage this weekend. Too much popcorn Friday night and two donuts on Saturday morning. I walked both days this weekend, one day fast on a flat surface and the second day slow on a very hilly/rocky have to watch every step surface. I was hoping for a better drop, I can be happy with this. I just have to tell myself no to Boom-Chicka and while I can have one donut - two is too much. I'm traveling tomorrow and won't have a scale until Friday.
6/10 NS Stayed under on calories and walked 3 plus miles, not sure of the exact distance my app turned off in my pocket. I couldn't walk on the Katy Trail because it was underwater... problem with trails near rivers. I'm going to use yesterday's weight. I think it's close enough. I think I would be down but not enough to make a difference. This will be the same weight I start next round with; I need a travel scale. I keep a spreadsheet of losses since I joined this challenge and I've lost .97 pounds per round and .68 per week. I wasn't tracking before I started so I don't know how this compares but it feels pretty good.6 -

I eat during 8 of them but I have an 11 or 12 hours window to contend with my cravings, temptations or hunger during which I am not allowed to eat or snack. That is a big window. I am working hard to figure it all out. A very overall successful day yesterday so the later eating window is working for now.

He ripped out all the drywall along a wall that is in two rooms so now it’s not just plumbing, it’s new drywall, tape, mud, primer, paint. More reservations cancelled. Others on the watch & hold list. He works full time in another industry so he will be back over tonight to work. His full-time job makes it slower, but he’s pretty good & fair priced and actually shows up so I’m glad he’s back from his short vacay. Bad eating day, but I did prep cook last night for today’s dinner. Yesterday’s stats: 1972 Calories In / 2637 Calories Out. 133 Net Carbs. 11,718 Total Steps & 5.15 Total Miles. IF 16:8. 13/13 Fitbit Step Hours. I slept 5 hours & 44 minutes. I Cleaned rooms for approximately 2 hours, no other planned exercise.
06/11 …..195.9 ….. WT H.E. Double Hockeysticks? I thought I would make my 2 lb goal loss this round! Not one cheat in sight! Okay, low on water intake & hardly any sleep. But this can cause 1.7 lb gain???? My calories were a touch higher & my calorie burn a bit lower but I still ate within my budget & I created a nice calorie deficit too! I ate my prep cooked meals, I walked less but I got in over 10,000 steps. I fit in a 25 minute dance session. I even finally went to the bathroom this morning before weigh-in. This reeks of unfairness! Yesterday’s stats: 1374 Calories In / 2190 Calories Out. 28 Net Carbs. 10,266 Total Steps & 4.34 Total Miles. 11/13 Fitbit Step Hours & I slept 2 hours & 55 minutes. 6/2--207.0 It was actually weird this morning to get up and not go to the gym, I usually go today and workout on my own but since my hip is hurt my my trainer does not want me to work out by myself...I can't wait to go to PT on Tuesday and hopefully get some answers. I did go out for a short walk this morning and will go out again today, but I still need to be careful. Going to work at getting water in today.
6/3--206.7 Don't know if this weight will stick. Didn't drink much water today, I'm just hoping to hold steady with my weight until I figure out what is going on with my hip.

6/5--206.5 Went to PT yesterday. The PT said that my hip is not going to get any worse and a lot of the pain I am feeling is because I am hypersensitive to the injury since this is my first injury ever. I worked out with my trainer and included the PT exercises and my hip is feeling better already. But most importantly the worry that there's something more to my hip pain and that I may not be able to ever run/hike/bike again is now gone.
6/6--205.9 Was stressed yesterday and did some evening snacking. First time in awhile that I've done that much snacking, luckily there isn't that much snack food in the house so it could have been worse. I've been doing the PT exercises and so far so good...trainer tonight.
6/7--207.0 Not surprised about the bump up since I've been eating closer to maintenance the last couple of days. Going out for lunch today and then out to happy hour later...working to get my water in today.
6/8--207.6 Not surprised about the jump after happy hour yesterday. Going to see nutritionist today and going to take the dog out for a long walk.
6/9--207.8 Went to the gym today and used the pool...it was great and I will definitely need to use the pool more often. Had a massage today. Today is organizing day...hubby and I are going to organize the laundry/storage area and then I plan on going through my closet. Need to get my water in today.
6/10--208.5 Yesterday was such a good day...it was the first time since I injured my hip that I felt that I was mentally back into healthy eating and exercising. I've been frustrated over the last 4 weeks with not being able to exercise like I use to and that led into me slipping with my eating, but yesterday I went to the gym. Before my injury I used to lift weights on Sundays at the gym, but instead I went to the pool and swam some laps and it felt really good. Yesterday I also drank a lot more water than I've probably drank over the last couple of weeks and I kept my snacking down to a minimum. I am sore this morning from swimming and from the massage, so even though the scale is up I feel like there has been a mental shift that will help keep me focused...losing weight is such a mental game.
