Oops, I’m late posting this! Weighed myself on the day and was too busy to get online and post, but will try and be more prompt for the rest of the month.
I was quite poorly the past week so surprised I had any loss at all!! After a week off the gym and eating lots of chocolate out of self-pity, I’m back at going to the gym 5 days a week and being mindful of my eating. I’m excited to be back on track!2 -

May was not my best month. Every weekend we had something going on and tons of food and alcohol. We also took our week long family vaca so I pretty much maintained, which was not my goal. Really wanting to get in the low 140's this month.

This is my 3rd month, 28lb down overall, now getting comments 'have you lost weight'? My clothes are more comfortable but I don't see a massive difference, my weekly weigh in on here let's me know to carry on as I am, my eating habits are much better, scales are steadily Going down , I'm doing great!!😀😀 keep going guys !!!4 -
