I have a new routine of doing at least an hour of cardio at the gym after work on the way home.
I try to use each of the types of machines available within the week. I kinda miss my old routine of walking many laps in my neighborhood for an hour in the evenings, but I'm burning more calories and working more muscle groups now.
Work still involves plenty of walking and stairs climbing (& flexibility, mobility and strength).
