posting here for accountability of my actions or intentions I should say ..... I don’t “feel” like doing a morning workout in the house or moving for that matter. So I routed a 2-mile morning walk BEFORE work! I work downtown in a small village which is .4 miles from mom’s house. There is a public parking lot 2 blocks from my work. I can park there and walk a route on the outskirts of the village that will take me by the lake on one of my favorite peaceful roads up to mom’s, then a 30+ minute break at mom’s, then back to my car via a more direct route and then to work. 2.0 miles. I will give myself one hour plus visiting time. I CAN DO IT!! Slow n steady. I always start too fast and get chin splints. So slow n steady! I CAN DO IT!! I'll report back tonight.0
