Gosh... I eat the recommended amount of protein for my weight.
Well, I cannot eat more than 1050kcal cuz I am already stuffed and bloated so yeah.

All you seem to eat is beans, tofu, pumpkin and some veges. Seems very restrictive and likely very high fibre, that factored with the fact you eat very little fat which could be causing constipation.
However, go to the doctor, and eat more food.10 -
Protein, while important is not close to the only indicator of good health. Sound like you are likely missing both a lot of macro and micro nutrients, in addition to your constipation issues, which you should see a doctor on.6

I've just been and looked at some of your other posts OP and there is a theme here. You clearly have an eating disorder and asking the same questions multiple different ways on these forums isn't going to give you the answer you desire.

beans make you bloat. Well - they make me bloat anyway. And so do a whole bunch of other veggies such as cauliflower and broccoli and even green beans if I eat them all the time.
as everyone else on here has said - you need to eat more.
And re the constipation, if you have not yet seen a health professional, maybe you should? Doctor or (this is where I will get woo-d to death) good naturopath. Many naturopaths suck, but some are very good. Let the woo-ing begin but I stand by my good experience with some naturopaths and with traditional chinese medicine doctors. Actually way better outcomes than i've had with generic doctors in some cases.

Go get treatment for your eating disorder. I don't know why you expect we're going to give you different answers than we have on the other 4-5 threads you've started.9

People with eating disorders generally don't realize that they have an eating disorder, even if a bunch of people on a message board continue to tell them they do. For the health of this poster, the mods really should either lock down his/her posts before a bunch of well intentioned folks waste their time offering advice, or ban this account all together.10

Maybe your gallbladder is a little sludgy and you're not producing enough bile to help with digestion. Try some apple cider (organic) vinegar cut with water through a straw (to protect your teeth) before meals, ginger, turmeric, and some other things to generate more bile. You can also buy purified bile salts; of course, monitored by your dr actions. Hope you feel better soon. Agreed, your caloric intake is pretty minimal - you should be careful that you have not reset your metabolism to a very slow state due to restricted calories.

Wow, Mirrormirror! I read through some of the other folks trying to help you. If all they've shared is true about you, please check in with your doctor (and I'm not big on Western Medicine but your levels should be checked - and if you're not willing to go to a regular doctor, please find a good nutritionist through a reputable health food store - the big ones not the small, generic chains like GMC). We want you healthy. I hope you will hear those that mean well and get checked. Chronic constipation and caloric restriction is very dangerous.8

None of this, including advise couched in using western medicine as a potential pejorative.
OP, go see a doctor, probably one for eating disorders. Be completely honest with that doctor about your issues, how you eat, and as honestly as you can, how you behave / your attitude towards food.6 -
I can't stress enough how much seeing a real doctor is important. But by looking at your diary, you eat an incredibly low amount of fat, far below essential levels. I would not be surprised if that is reeking havoc on your digestive system.3
