What things do you eat/drink that you dislike in the name of good health?

If you are finding tasteless eggs, see if you can grab some direct from a farm or someone's backyard chickens some time.0

Eggs, they're so boring but a good source of protein. I love eggs in a basket with honey or huevos rancheros , but plain eggs are my usual breakfast and they are boring alone.
Make frittatas with them. There are endless combinations of ways to make them interesting. Shoot, one time I scraped the toppings off of some leftover veg pizza into one.
Leftover pizza? That's almost sacrilege! Leftover pizza should be consumed for breakfast, as intended. Otherwise why would you get that nice box to keep it in?5 -

I don't eat breakfast and pizza dries out if refrigerated in the box. Store your food correctly!2 -

If you have a Trader Joe's: https://www.traderjoes.com/digin/post/shakshuka-starter. You are "supposed" to poach the eggs in it, but I like to scramble the eggs and stir them in. (The Trader Joe's pepita salsa is also good on eggs.)
If you're a Penzey's fan: https://www.penzeys.com/online-catalog/fox-point-seasoning/c-24/p-393/pd-s. This stuff is amazing on most things, including eggs. Especially eggs with a little cheese.3 -

Maybe I like dried out pizza!
And I shouldn't have to remind you that the first meal you eat that breaks your fast and opens your eating window is breakfast Get your terms correct if you're going to do it. Gosh.3 -
Most diets I have failed involved eating foods that I did not enjoy. I’m refusing to do that this time around and have stuck to this for nearly 7 months now. Have I cut down on a few things that I didn’t think were worth the calories? Absolutely, but I still keep around a lot of foods that I like. I still try new things and healthier recipes, but if I hate it I don’t have it again8

Not gonna lie, no sarcasm, I do love pizza when it's a bit dried out. I love a crust that is just a little bit chewy! Leftover Little Caesar's is the pizza that does it best. Or Jet's.3 -
Nothing. There are enough tasty things i enjoy that are good for me so i don't have to eat anything i don't like.1

You two are pizza-ing wrong.
Also, I don't break my fasts I bend them and then they return to the same shape when I stop eating. My first meal is bendfast.

I'm a third proponent for cold, slightly dry pizza. Saving some in the fridge for next day is a must.3

Nothing. Why would you eat what you don't like? Being healthy isn't supposed to be a burden. At least not in my interpretation of healthy. My health reasons my body functions better eating.2

I'll fourth that! I'll add though, for me it needs to be good quality pizza crust, like from a legit pizzeria. I've eaten cold "fast food" pizzas and while they were okay, I prefer them better reheated in the oven. Good quality pizza crust is great right out of the fridge the next morning. Even if you don't have a hangover4 -
leftover jet pizza is like crack to me. cold.1

I have thought on this more, and seeing so many comments of people questioning why someone would eat food they don't like and I wanted to share my perspective further. I eat an anti-inflammatory diet to combat some aspects of chronic pain. If it weren't for the health benefits of this, I probably wouldn't eat this way. I have gotten used to it, and have learned to enjoy some of the foods, but this is my reason for picking certain foods for health benefits rather than the enjoyment of eating them. I now just enjoy how eating this way makes me feel, and therefore am grateful to the foods that help alleviate pain to some extent.6

Nothing really. I like most things. There are a few that I don't actively seek out, but would eat if they were served to me (bananas, Brussels sprouts, turnip). Luckily for me I don't really like fast food much, so have no problem not eating it.1

i don’t mind eating it but i take these “one daily” multivitamin pills and THE SMELL is god awful when I open the bottle and when i swallow and it has this awful cotton pad thing in the bottle and sometimes i accidentally touch it taking a pill out and the texture gives me shivers. I don’t know how it’s possible for taking a pill to be so unpleasant1
