hey everyone, I am new and hoping to get tips on how to maneuver in the app! I heard great successes of using it and I am struggling to get it. Ideas are very much welcomed at this point

Check out the "Most Helpful" posts in Getting Started and General Health boards.
It's pretty simple, put in your stats, choose an honest activity level and a reasonable rate of loss and stick to your calorie goal.0 -
