Count me in. This is the support community I’ve been seeking to give me the little push I needed. I’m trying to do low calorie eating (1200 daily) and 40 minutes of cardio 4 days per week. Would love to hear what others are doing. 30 in 30 here we come!!!4

Welcome! I’m aiming for 1200 calories to 1300 calories per day. Life’s a bit hectic with a baby and pre schooler plus work, so I’m not getting the exercise I’d like. If I do exercise I am eating extra calories to make sure my deficit isn’t too large though.
So far since the beginning of the challenge I’m down 5 pounds, so I’m happy! It’s a great place for support.
