I initially was going low carb just to detox from sugar, and reset my body and mind! But I ended up going into ketosis and let me tell you it’s the best thing that’s ever happened! I’m am really astounded how ketosis has eliminated my food cravings and suppressed my appetite. I am a binge eater at times and I feel like KETO is my only hope! I am so excited and want to connect with other folks on the KETO journey! Please add me! ♥️

    I have been keto since 1st November 2017. I lost 35kg and a whole lot of health issues. I still struggle with my binge eating at times, but at least I binge on keto food.

    I cannot figure out how to get started on the Keto diet. I bought the book called Simply Keto, and when I went on her website and calculated the Keto calculator, the amount of calories and fat is way lower than any of the meals that she is suggesting for her 30 day plan. I could barely eat two of the suggested meals to stay within the recommendations. I cannot figure it out, and I do not want to do South Beach, but this seems too difficult.
