STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): 255.7lbs 1st Dec 2016
CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: 242.5lbs 6th May 2019
Previous Month's Weigh InsMay 6: 242.5lbs - Shark Week, DOMs and Holiday Travel so expected a lot of bloat
May 13: 241.0lbs - Still a bit all over the place after a super stressful week, found it hard to rein in my stress eating.
May 21: 238.4lbs - Wasn't at home yesterday so using this morning's weigh in. Updated weights to reflect actual weight as had used trendweight for one week but not the others. Doh!
May 27: 241.6lbs - 40km of pretty intense rowing races/training over the weekend, a few beers and TOM due, so expect this will drop down in the next couple of days when my muscles recover and water bloat goes. That said I've the biggest race on Saturday so will mostly be at Maintenance/Carb Loading this week.
June 3: No weigh In - I was away from home for a few days so I have no weigh in for this week.
June 10: 245.6lbs - Fluctuations were up today - had a lot of carbs yesterday, will see where it lies the rest of the week.
June 17: 242.6lbs - Fluctuations have calmed down a little. Boyfriend had family visiting so there has been a lot of eating out and haven't gotten much intentional exercise done, although have been getting between 14-17000 steps per day in.
June 24: 242.2lbs - Weight slowly but surely coming down again.
July 1: 242.0lbs - Had a low of 241 yesterday, fluctuating a lot due to shark week and new running plan, so happy with this. Trendweight showing down 1.0lb for June which has me off to a good start as concentrating on tackling my binge eating as a priority rather than the actual weight.
July 8: 240.0lbs - I have been bouncing between 239 & 240.5 most of the last week. Cycling and walking a lot more now the weather is improved. Haven't really binge-eaten for a couple of weeks whilst I've been doing meditation and hypnosis so I plan to keep it up.
July 15: 241.5lbs - This is based on Saturday's weigh in as I haven't been home since then, had takeaway pizza Friday night, so expect some of that is bloat and water weight from strength training DOMs.
