    I have 5 weeks until the beach.

    July 1 weight: 144 lbs. / 5'1' / 49 (for those that are interested in these numbers)
    Goals: Drink lots of water and stay within my calories. Weight train 3-4 a week no matter what!!

    July 8 weight: 144 lb.
    Goal results: NO LOSS!! Pooh! At least it wasn't again, right?
    New goals: incorporate 15 min cardio intervals after strength training 3x a week.

    I'm in but working in kilos so 5lbs = 2.3kg.

    July 1 weight: 104.8 kg
    Goals: To lose over 600g this coming week. Also to stick to my diet plan and do as much exercise as I can without aggravating injuries.

    July 7 weight: 104kg
    Goal results: Lost 800g Exercise went well this week but went off diet last Tuesday.
    New goals: Lose over 600g by sticking to diet plan and exercising.

    July 14 weight: 104.5
    Goal results: Fail - gained 500g. Went off diet 2 days but happy with my exercise.
    New goals: Lose around 900g by sticking to diet plan and exercising.

    Goals: Stick to my eating plan of DASH diet, tracking all my food intake, drinking my water and getting exercise every day. My goal is to take off a pound this week.

    July 8 weight: 211.2
    Goal results: I took off my pound! Exactly. I was more aware of when I was going to eat out of stress, I ate mindfully all week, I did my DASH diet. I allowed some treats. Little by little I am taking it off.
    New goals: Work on another pound by next week.

    Goal results: Didn't lose.......but didn't track my food as well and overate....
    New goals:210.2 - Get back to my goal, eat what's good for my body and continue to take off the excess weight.

    Goal results: 126.0- Can hardly believe especially with the Holiday and weekend...Yeah, accountability works.
    New goals:125 Been reading the boards and must increase my protein intake too.

    Goal results: up 1 pound-Was up and down all week, hope for 124 next Monday as I hit on Friday and then lost control :s

    Goal results: I took off my pound! Exactly. I was more aware of when I was going to eat out of stress, I ate mindfully all week, I did my DASH diet. I allowed some treats. Little by little I am taking it off.

    I'm happy with this! I wasn't logging on vacation, in part because I didn't always have cell service and also because it.s difficult to estimate when you're eating out so much. I'm glad I didn't move back up. :smile:
