New beginning

Options
Spent most of my adult life tending to others and now I’m taking care of me. Not expecting any quick miracles, but taking it day by day and doing my best each day. Already down pounds by changing my eating habits so now I’m re-introducing my aging body to movement. Suffering from a bit of arthritis so there will be no running but I’m adding walking everyday. This week I add some toning weight training. Excited and ready to take it to the next level!
